Towel Service - Additional fees for towels are applied. Please let us know at least seven (7) days in advance if you would like towel service during your retreat.
Cost of Additional Hours: Your stay can be extended based on availability. If you decide to stay longer the cost is $100 per hour.
Cleaning - we kindly ask that you clean up after your retreat. Please wash and put away all dishes, return all items used and throw out garbage, compost and recycling in the assigned bins at the entrance of the driveway. Cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
Ralia Realty reserves the right to cancel this agreement in an emergency situation or due to circumstances beyond its control.
Security/Damage Deposit
A Security/Damage Deposit of $500 is required for rentals. The deposit will be returned to the Renter within thirty (10) business days after the retreat provided that all invoices are paid in full and no extra costs have been incurred.
The Security/Damage Deposit and a signed Rental Agreement are due no later than fourteen (10) days after confirmation of the requested rental date(s). The rental dates are not secure until this payment is received and agreement is signed and returned.
